Yoga Nidra is an opportunity to surrender into stillness and fully rest the mind and body. The mind moves into different brain wave states, allowing for creativity and the "undoing" of old thought and patterns.
New or newer to Yoga Nidra? The description may sound too good to be true or maybe you struggle to relax. Already a Yoga Nidra fan? You know the Yoga Nidra state feels different than relaxing and different than meditation. But do you know why you experience peacefulness and deep awareness?
During this 5.5 hour Immersion workshop, experience two Yoga Nidra sessions and discussion. Discussion will include an overview of how Yoga Nidra works, the benefits and participants’ experiences. You will better understand this profound practice, be more balanced and have stronger coping skills to navigate life.
