During Yoga Nidra there is no effort, no movement, no pressure. While lying down you will be guided through a series of relaxation prompts designed to reduce the "fight or flight" response.
Bring a pillow, two thick yoga/exercise mats, blanket and bolster or rolled blankets for under your knees. A journal is optional.
$20 for the 75 minute session. The session is suitable for ages 15+. There will be social distancing. Please wear a mask.
