Props/yoga mats are NOT provided. You may be laying on hard flooring depending on the class location. Bring one or two very thick yoga mats, a pillow, 3 blankets to lay comfortably on your back for 45 minutes. A rolled blanket or bolster IS needed under your knees. Water and eye mask are optional.
