Sweet Surrender: Nourish & Nap

Busy mind and tired body? This nourishing 1.5 hour workshop is for you. We'll have a brief discussion about sleep benefits and barriers. Next, enjoy a guided sleep meditation with warm stones and peaceful music designed to put you to sleep. A 20 minute nap is the optimal timing to:

  • Lower stress
  • Improve memory
  • Improve brain function
  • Increase creativity

Bring a pillow, thick yoga mat, many blankets/comforters, eye mask and water/tea. Journal is optional.

Warm stones will be provided.
