Do I have to balance in a yoga posture?
You lay down in a Yoga Nidra session; you will not exert any physical effort or perform any movements so don’t worry. Yoga Nidra is not the physical practice of yoga.

What is a typical session?
You lie down in your most comfortable position, relax and listen as a certified facilitator verbally leads you through a forty five minute body scan and visualization. Awake and relaxed, you are guided by the gentle sound of the facilitator’s voice, exploring your own thoughts and any physical sensations you may experience. Participants find the time goes by quickly.

Do I bring special equipment or clothing?
Come as you are whether in comfortable clothing or business attire.
Bring a thick yoga mat, two blankets, small pillow, bolster or rolled towel for comfort and a bottle of water.

Is one session enough?
