This 75-minute session is a perfect mix of gentle yoga and meditation to calm the mind and body. First experience slow gentle yoga and then ease into an even deeper state of relaxation during a guided meditation to further access peace of mind. As the meditation ends, enjoy warm stones and cool essential oil towels (both optional).
No experience required. Come as you are and leave in a more calm, clear flow state with.
Bring a pillow, yoga mat, two blankets, two yoga blocks, a strap and water. Wear comfortable clothing. Optional to bring a yoga bolster.
$22 class fee. Pre-registration and pre-payment required as space is limited. 16 years and up. Sorry no refunds or class credits.
Facilitators:
Adrienne Fulwider will guide the gentle yoga session. She has been practicing yoga for 15 years and is a certified Vinyasa instructor. Adrienne is known for creating welcoming and serene spaces. For more info: www.yogawithadrienne.org
Jill Weston owner of Breathing Space will lead the meditation session. She has been leading meditation sessions since 2012. Jill is fondly referred to as a “stress whisperer” and is known for helping people calm their chaos.
