You’ll lie down, get comfortable, and be gently guided into a state between sleep and wakefulness.
No movement. No pressure. Nothing to figure out. Feel your nervous system settle. Return home to your heart’s desire.
Some people come for better sleep.
Some come to quiet their anxiety.
Some people reconnect with their heart's desire.
Somewhere along the way, things soften. The mind untangles. The body relaxes.
