In this 30 minute online session, you’ll be guided through gentle breathwork and gentle hand placements, known as compassion holds. These nurturing touches can help ease tension and soften the emotional weight you may be carrying.
This popular practice invites a sense of comfort, self-compassion, and relief. Perfect for those with tender hearts, this class is designed to offer gentle support to navigate grief, sadness, or emotional overwhelm.

During the practices you are welcome to sit or lie down. While practicing the compassion holds move your hands at your own pace or visualize the movements. No prior experience is necessary.
The session will be led by Jill Weston, known for her calm and supportive manner (even online).
Please note some of the compassion holds are based on the work of Zabie Yamasaki, M.Ed, RYT, and Dr. Peter Levine.
