**Zoom Session**
Busy days and busy minds keep us from practicing self care. We often attend to others and have nothing left for ourselves.
Experience a soothing session using breath and simple hand movements to comfort yourself.
Sit in a chair or on the floor. Move your arms and hands at your own pace or based on any discomfort. No prior experience required.
