Props/yoga mats are NOT provided. Bring a thick yoga mat(s), pillow, and blankets to lay comfortably on your back for 45 minutes. An additional rolled blanket or bolster IS needed under your knees. Water and eye mask are optional. Yoga Nidra benefits include:
