Yoga Nidra + Gong

Are you needing to release stress and access peace of mind? Come experience a 75-minute Yoga Nidra meditation + Gong session designed to help you better navigate thoughts, behavior, and emotions.

Little to no effort is needed. Lay down comfortably in a peaceful space as waves of sound and energy surround you creating space for transformation. Then further melt into well-deserved rest, deep awareness, and creativity during Yoga Nidra.

This session will begin with 25 minutes of vibrational tones from a gong, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Additional sound will be played after the Yoga Nidra session.

Bring pillows, thick yoga mat(s), several blankets and water for your comfort. Eye covering/mask and journal are optional.
